We are fully equipped to carry out all required boiler work. From Turnkey installations, Annual Survey work, NDT preparations, full or partial re-tubing and all types of weld repairs, to refractory installation and modification and burner installation and conversions.
We have at our disposal a full range of plant and equipment, including pressure washers rated up to 6000 PSI for boiler cleaning and back jetting, extensive range of tube expanding equipment for tube sizes up to 3¼", portable welding sets for MMA, MIG and TIG welding - all our Welding Engineers are tested to the latest EN287/288 codes to comply with BS2790 1990 construction code. 
For a quick turnaround, we can fit refurbished valves from our own stock, we offer a refurbishment service for all boiler valves and have three Larslap valve grinding machines for on-site, in-position valve maintenance.
